In this role, you’ll be the face of our company — building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer you interact with. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-contact resolution Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed Collaborate with internal teams to collaborate and resolve complex customer concerns Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions Requirements: 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player The position is for second shift 2-10pm and requires working on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
