Job Opportunity At Twinflower Cafe

Twinflower Cafe, located inside the Longfellow Hotel in Portland, ME, is seeking a warm, energetic barista who is passionate about hospitality and high-quality coffee and matcha. We offer nourishing, whole-food breakfast and lunch options from 7 AM to 2 PM, and pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, thoughtful experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and excited to craft excellent beverages while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages according to Twinflower and Longfellow standards
Maintain knowledge of products and ingredients
Provide exceptional guest service and anticipate needs
Assist with set-up, cleaning, and other tasks as needed
Bus and clean tables as needed

Requirements:

Passion for quality coffee and matcha
Friendly & welcoming demeanor
Barista experience preferred
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends
High school education or equivalent
