RN/Registered Nurse, Childbirth Center, per-diem

UW Medical Center – Northwest has an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who is interested in working at our Childbirth Center. We have opportunity for an experienced nurse in Labor and Delivery .

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

• The autonomy to practice to highest level of license.

• Assist in the labor and delivery process

• Administration of medication, including epidurals.

• Help mother and baby in baby’s first breastfeeding

• Assist in mother and baby couplet care.

SCHEDULE:

• Per-diem

REQUIREMENTS:

• Two or more years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse.

• Have/Obtain a RN license to practice in Washington state or MSL.

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$46.97 hourly

Pay Range Maximum:

$86.17 hourly

Other Compensation:

BSN or Higher premium $1.00/hr. Certification premium $1.25/hr Night shift differential $5.00/hr Weekend shift differential $4.00/hr; Sunday Night premium $3.00/hr Over time pay
