As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service in a clean and safe environment. Your contributions will enhance the overall experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include: Hiring, training, and developing a motivated team dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience for every guest. Ensuring every guest leaves satisfied, fostering customer loyalty. Helping team members understand their roles in our mission and the importance of their responsibilities. Celebrating team achievements and providing coaching to enhance performance. Setting clear expectations and delivering ongoing feedback throughout each shift. Creating a positive and energetic work atmosphere that makes each shift enjoyable. Managing essential operations: food and supply inventory, labor costs, and guest service quality. Maintaining SONIC safety and sanitation standards diligently. Complying with local, state, and federal regulations without fail. What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills.
