Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Team members will be responsible for following all production and effort-based guidelines while maintaining Hilton Grand Vacations values and delivering superior customer service
• Demonstrate self-motivation with a One Team mentality capable of working both independently and collaboratively with key partners across the organization.
• Maintain a professional appearance and actively participate in all scheduled sales meetings and trainings conducted via platforms such as Microsoft Teams Meetings.
• Must have basic technical abilities to navigate programs such as Salesforce Chorus E-worksheet RingCentral Microsoft Outlook etc
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
• Possess sales experience
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AL AZ FL GA HI ID IN KS MI MO NV NJ NM NY NC SC TN UT VA WN)
