ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and have been in the insurance industry since 2012. I'm a graduate of Loyola University, a second-generation State Farm agent, married to a fellow State Farm agent, and excited to be growing our family as we prepare to welcome a new baby. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports the Boys & Girls Club and participates in local community outreach and charitable initiatives. I enjoy building relationships and making a positive impact both inside and outside the office. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, performance bonuses, incentive trips, professional development and coaching, opportunities for growth and advancement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. As an Account Associate for Diana Sanchez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QUALIFICATIONS
