Statement of Qualification
When preparing the SOQ, please follow these guidelines:


• The information provided must be complete and presented in a clear and concise manner.


• The SOQ must be typewritten using Century Gothic 11-point font with 1" margins.
• The completed SOQ must not be more than (3) pages, single-spaced.
