Job Title: Accounts Receivable Processor II Duration: 4+months contract Summary / Duties: The Accounts Receivable Processor II provides specialized financial and clerical support for the Total Rewards Operations Support Team. Responsibilities include processing daily workers’ compensation benefit payments, coordinating weekly payroll communications for short-term disability and extended sick leave payments, and completing bank account management and reconciliation activities in accordance with departmental controls. The role also supports departmental budgets, contract maintenance, affiliate budgeting, and chargeback activities related to workers’ compensation and disability management operations. Additional duties include providing backup coverage, maintaining efficient workflows, supporting special projects, and offering functional guidance to clerical support staff. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education/experience 1+ year of recent relevant accounting, accounts receivable, payroll, benefits payment, or financial clerical experience Proven accounting and analytical skills Experience processing financial transactions and reconciling bank accounts Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and email applications Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work onsite and manage fluctuating workloads and changing deadlines Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Requirements Experience with workers’ compensation benefit payments Experience with short-term disability or extended sick leave payroll communications Experience with departmental budgets, contract maintenance, chargebacks, or affiliate billing Knowledge of SSAE 16 controls or similar financial control requirements Experience providing functional guidance to clerical support staff Experience supporting special projects and cross-functional workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
