Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Partner closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner
• Experience or interest in oncology, chronic care, or integrative medicine
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
