Our skilled team develops, manufactures, and distributes cutting-edge fastening and joining solutions to meet modern engineering and manufacturing challenges.The Job: As a Maintenance Engineer Manager, you’ll be part of our Global Functions & Enablers team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to: Lead and manage the maintenance/machinists and engineering team.Develop, implement, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.Coordinate and supervise corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure rapid response to equipment failures.Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support manufacturing operations and process improvements.Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.Develop and deliver training programs for maintenance staff on new equipment, technologies, and safety protocols.Lead projects focused on equipment upgrades, installations, and plant expansions.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the maintenance department.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.7+ years of combined experience in manufacturing maintenance and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability engineering, and equipment troubleshooting.
