Maintenance Technician (2nd & 3rd Shift)

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Openings are available on 2nd Shift (3:30 PM – 1:00 AM) and 3rd Shift (8:30 PM – 6:00 AM) . This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, PLC support, robotics, vision systems, and industrial equipment maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and support Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs, including minor program edits.
• Maintain robotics, cameras, and vision systems.
• Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, electrical controls, and systems up to 480V.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Perform preventive maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
• Document maintenance activities using a tablet-based work order system.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong electrical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs, motors, and electrical systems up to 480V.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience with Fanuc or Motoman robots is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Blow molding, extrusion, or manufacturing maintenance.
• Robotics, vision systems, and camera troubleshooting.
• Machining experience with mills and lathes.

• Clean, quiet, climate-controlled facility.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr.

Vacation begins accruing from day 1 and there are 10 paid holidays throughout the year

This is a fully onsite position in Hopkinsville,KY.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 11, 2026.
