Digital Business Process & Product Lead - Digital and Business Systems

AstraZeneca seeks a Digital Business Process & Product Lead to define and deliver digital capabilities for Cell Therapy Technical Operations. The role combines product strategy, business process ownership, and cross-functional delivery across multiple enterprise platforms including OMP, SAP, PAS-X, and LIMS, while ensuring GxP compliance and regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital and business systems portfolio across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
- Lead end-to-end process design and improvement across planning, procurement, manufacturing, laboratory, and logistics operations
- Manage system integrations, data flows, releases, and lifecycle management across multiple enterprise platforms
- Partner with IT, Data & AI, and business teams to embed analytics and automation capabilities into operational workflows
- Ensure systems and processes comply with GxP standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, life sciences, supply chain, or related field
- 10+ years in digital product management, business process management, enterprise systems, or regulated manufacturing technology
- 3+ years leading digital capabilities or process transformation in regulated environments
- Proficiency with platforms such as OMP, SAP, PAS-X, Tulip, LIMS, OneLab, or comparable enterprise systems
- Knowledge of GxP, data integrity principles, 21 CFR Part 11, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional Agile delivery teams and stakeholder governance
