Overview HR Manager – Leading General Contractor | Weatherford, TX | $70,000–$90,000 Our client, a leading General Contractor in Weatherford seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with foundational experience who is eager to take on broader responsibilities and grow into a senior management role. This is a full-time, in-office role reporting directly into the Director of HR, supporting a business that continues to deliver some of the region’s most recognized construction projects. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (payroll, benefits, attendance, training, performance reviews). Provide guidance to employees on HR-related queries, policies, and workplace issues. Manage employee relations and foster a positive, people-first culture Oversee insurance administration, benefits administration, and compliance processes Support payroll and HR systems management (ADP experience is a strong advantage) What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of HR experience.
