Social Media Lead

Location: Miami Lakes, FL (Hybrid) We are looking for a Social Media Lead to own social strategy across key accounts and lead a growing team of content creators and specialists. This is not a posting-only role. This is leadership, strategy, and performance accountability. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Lead. The Social Media Lead will oversee and execute social media strategies across various platforms, develop content strategies, and manage social media optimization efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the team on content creation, tracking performance metrics, managing campaigns, and maintaining consistent communication to align with client goals. Own social strategy across multiple multi-location brands (healthcare + lifestyle verticals) Lead and mentor a team of social specialists and creators Develop channel strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Translate performance data into content pivots and testing roadmaps Align paid and organic efforts with media and creative teams Guide content calendars, messaging frameworks, and campaign launches Ensure social efforts drive measurable KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, retention) Present insights and strategic recommendations to clients Qualifications 6+ years in social media strategy (agency preferred) Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong communication and writing skills Proven experience in developing and managing effective Content Strategies and leading teams Proficiency in analyzing social media performance and utilizing analytics tools Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced industries Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams and manage multiple projects Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred What You’ll Get Real leadership ownership Fast-growing team environment Career path toward Director-level leadership This Role Is Not Remote This position requires hybrid in-office collaboration and frequent local client shoots.
