Assisting staff with special events (i.e. birthday and holiday parties) may be necessary at time. Employee works under general supervision or the Property Manager.ResponsibilitiesPRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONSServes food at a cafeteria, food counter and/or catered function.Arranges food for serving.Cleans counters, equipment and general work areas.Replenishes and occasionally inventories foodstuffs and supplies in a cafeteria serving line, food bar or storeroom.Cooks short order items on a serving line and performs simple food preparation.Set up dining areas for meals and clear dining areas following meals.SafetyPractices safe food handling and sanitation methods.Is safety conscious at all times.Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) and informs Property Manager when others do not.Conducts and/or participates in required monthly safety meetings.QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThere are no minimum requirements for this position.
