Client Overview Our client is a healthcare organization focused on providing quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience. They are looking to add a Medical Receptionist to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $20/hr Position Overview The Medical Receptionist will provide friendly customer support, answer inquiries, and help resolve client needs over the phone. Responsibilities Of The Medical Receptionist
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Provide prompt, professional customer support and issue resolution.
- Assist with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records in company systems.
- Promote products and services when appropriate to support business goals.
- Maintain strong phone etiquette while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center, customer service, or phone-based support experience.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in a medical office setting.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
- High school diploma is required.
