Our organization is looking for a Full-Time Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to become part of our esteemed medical team.

The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at our medical institution is in search of fellowship-trained Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeons to enhance our Pediatric Enterprise at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor levels. The role encompasses active clinical practice, education for residents and fellows, as well as involvement in clinical and/or basic science research. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities and be either board eligible or certified, with eligibility for a New York Medical License. A demonstrated interest and some achievements in teaching and research are also essential.

Our hospital, with a capacity of 3,500 beds, is situated in Manhattan and is part of a larger health system that includes several facilities. The campus also hosts Medical and Graduate Schools. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.

• Deliver exceptional Pediatric Orthopedic care within an academic medical center and health system.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in Pediatric practice as a vital component of our expanding pediatric enterprise.
• Hold a faculty position at the Icahn School of Medicine.
• Support the education of residents, medical students, and fellows in Orthopedic Surgery and Pediatrics.
• Engage professionally with other staff members and physicians.
• Ensure the confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a New York Medical License.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Outstanding communication skills, bedside manner, and organizational abilities.

The compensation for this position ranges from $350,000 to $500,000, reflecting clinical and research experience, and includes bonuses and incentive compensation along with benefits.
