Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that highlight our unique services to the Phoenix community.
Oversee all social media channels, ensuring our voice remains authentic, warm, and helpful.
Craft engaging newsletters and blog posts that provide real value to our current and prospective clients.
Monitor the performance of digital initiatives, adjusting strategies to ensure we are truly connecting with people.
Coordinate local events and partnerships that solidify our reputation as a trusted neighbor in the Phoenix area.
Collaborate with the broader team to turn complex insurance concepts into simple, relatable stories.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Three or more years of hands-on experience managing social media and email marketing campaigns.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and basic video editing tools.
Deep understanding of local Phoenix market trends and community engagement strategies.
Exceptional ability to write clear, compelling copy for diverse audiences.
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website content management systems.
