Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs.
• Prepare precise and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to ensure transparency.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance adjusters to facilitate efficient repairs.
• Assist in up-selling additional services such as alignments, tire services, oil changes, or mechanical repairs when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all estimates, repair orders, and customer interactions for accurate record-keeping.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience throughout the repair process.

Requirements

• Prior experience in dealership auto service management or auto estimating is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with mechanic work or automotive diagnostics enhances your ability to assess vehicle damage accurately.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining estimates clearly to customers and coordinating with team members.
• Familiarity with automotive repair procedures such as oil changes, auto body repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension work.
• Ability to handle cash transactions confidently while maintaining accuracy in billing processes.
• Proven customer service skills combined with sales aptitude for up-selling additional services effectively.
• Knowledge of CCC ONE estimating software.
• Estimator License is preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
