Ability to demonstrate, articulate functional implementation of card development projects Work with cross-functional teams to define and document detailed business requirements, including process flows, use cases, and user stories. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from business users and subject matter experts Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Create test plans, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that automation solutions meet business requirements.
