What You'll Be Doing

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and electronic payments

• Process and track vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment

• Create, process, and monitor work orders

• Work with multiple banking platforms and software systems to manage transactions and account activity

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts

• Track and monitor labor and material costs

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare routine financial reports

• Assist with payroll processing, support audits, and respond to billing and vendor inquiries

• Collaborate with property management staff to ensure accurate expense allocation and job costing

What We're Looking For

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required

• Strong QuickBooks Online experience required

• Experience with AppFolio preferred

• Experience processing work orders and vendor invoices preferred

• Understanding of labor costing, material costing, and expense tracking

• Experience working with multiple online banking platforms and payment systems

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities
