In this role, you'll manage day-to-day accounting operations across our family of companies, including: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Payroll & bank reconciliations Financial reporting & general ledger management QuickBooks Online Owner statements, invoicing & escrow balancing Other related tasks What We're Looking For Experience as a Controller/Bookkeeper or similar role Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail ~ Hybrid position in Alden, MI (with the opportunity for partial remote work after training) ~ 25-40 Hours per week ~ Paid Sick Time ~ Location Flexibility, with consistent office hours required Paradise Properties USA & My Torch Lake 9047 Helena Rd.
