You'll inspect and service existing waterproofing systems, diagnose problems, make repairs, and recommend additional solutions that help protect their homes. Your Responsibilities Include Perform annual maintenance on sump pumps, battery backups, and waterproofing systems Diagnose mechanical and water intrusion issues Complete repairs and maintenance with professionalism Educate homeowners on solutions such as backup pumps, dehumidifiers, waterproofing improvements, and foundation stabilization Build trust through outstanding customer service Create an exceptional experience that generates referrals and five-star reviews This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being rewarded for providing great solutions.
