Applicants for the Vice President of Programs & Impact position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree and at least six years of experience in a leadership capacity within a large, youth-serving non-profit. The role requires a clear understanding of the mission and programs of the organization, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects, lead a team, and establish effective working relationships.
