Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Escondido, CA 92029 26 Weeks ContractCompensation Rate: $56-$74/h DOERequirements:Master's degree with a Licensed BCBA Professional in CA.Two (2) years' experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses.Competency in writing support plans and effective verbal communication skills.Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required.Description:BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis. They conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in a Behavioral Support Home (IDDs) to develop the behavior support plan. BCBAs work within a multidisciplinary setting.
