Maintenance Specialist

Position: Maintenance Specialist (Full Time) Type: Full Time Location: Beaumont, TX LOG IN DuGood Credit Union is looking for a hands-on,problem-solving Maintenance Specialist to maintain and repairour branch locations. You will handle day-to-day maintenance and repairs at allbranch locations and work with third-party vendors to resolve issues in atimely manner. Job Duties: Maintain work orders andupdates using our electronic work log system. Troubleshoot facilityissues and respond to maintenance requests. Performing generalbuilding maintenance and repairs such as pressure washing, weatherization,parking lot upkeep, etc. Replace light bulbs,ceiling tiles, locks, and other building components. Complete basiccarpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, andspecial facility projects Work with third-partyvendors (cleaning crews, landscapers, carpet services, etc.) toensure quality work and fair pricing. Support disasterrecovery and emergency response efforts. Otherduties as assigned. Experience & Requirements Must be able to work aflexible schedule Monday through Sunday. On-call availability forbuilding-related emergencies after hours. 2-3 years generalmaintenance, facilities, construction, or related experience (preferred). Experience with basicplumbing, hand and power tools, HVAC systems, electrical, carpentry, andgeneral repairs required. Ability to troubleshootand resolve maintenance issues independently. Valid Texas driver’slicense with clean driving record. Ability to passbackground check, drug screen, and be bondable Ability to lift 50+ lbs.and use proper safety gear Why Join DuGood?
