About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead revenue growth and lead a dynamic team across the Western US. The successful candidate will be a strategic K-12 sales leader with a proven track record in driving and growing curriculum sales, particularly in California and other western states. This role demands an entrepreneurial executive with deep K-12 market knowledge, strong enterprise sales leadership, and the ability to align divisional sales strategy with company revenue goals and market priorities. Major responsibilities include managing and developing a high-performing regional sales team, driving pipeline growth, and building in-market relationships with key education decision-makers. The ideal candidate will also be adept at coaching teams on consultative selling, and competitive differentiation, and will use data and market insight to improve sales productivity. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Sales position at the company should have senior sales leadership experience in K-12 at a national or large regional level, with a focus on managing comprehensive education or edtech sales teams.
