Milex Complete Auto Care and Mr. Transmission in Durham is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a modern, forward-thinking shop that believes in treating our technicians like the professionals they are. We run entirely on Shop-Ware for a streamlined, paperless workflow, and we focus on doing the job right, not just beating the clock. Why Work With Us?
- Straight Hourly Pay: No more starving when it gets slow or fighting for gravy tickets. You get paid for every hour you are here. Rate: $25-$45/hour based on experience.
- Signing Bonus: We are offering up to $2000 signing bonus for the right candidate.
- Climate-Controlled Shop: Our bays are fully heated and air-conditioned. Work in comfort year-round.

- Performing comprehensive vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and triage.
- Executing repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of makes and models.
- Partnering with our team to handle both general repair and specialized driveline/transmission work.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Proven experience as an automotive technician.
- Diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
- A team player who takes pride in their work and maintains a professional bearing.
- Your own set of standard tools (we provide the heavy equipment and specialty diagnostic gear).
