Job Overview Join us in our mission as a Direct Support Professional at Catholic Charities Disabilities Services . We are committed to making a positive impact in the community. Your work will help foster a brighter community and create meaningful differences. Responsibilities Assist, provide, and promote independence in individuals' daily treatment, care and services. Administer medications accurately in accordance with agency policy and procedures. Maintain a current knowledge base of the population served by the agency’s mission, including their physical, health, and emotional needs. Respect the individual’s personal choice, lifestyle, and dignity by supporting their decision‑making. Compensation & Schedule Minimum Salary: $18.52/hour or $20.52/hour (rate is determined by program assigned). Maximum Salary: $18.52/hour or $20.52/hour (rate is determined by program assigned). Schedule: Full‑time and part‑time, morning, evening, and overnight shifts available. Training Requirements Training includes 4 days of Orientation, SCIP CPR/First Aid, and Medication Administration Certification. Successful completion of medication pours is required. All trainings are paid and hosted by Catholic Charities Disabilities Services and must be completed within 90 days of employment. Shift Differential A differential is offered for hours worked between 3 pm Friday and 7 am Monday. Qualifications All employees must consent to a full criminal background check and fingerprinting.
