Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior Business Law Attorney in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping businesses grow, mentoring other attorneys, and stepping into a leadership role. This position involves working closely with clients across various industries to support the growth of the business law practice. Duties Advise clients on business formation, structuring, and operations, including contracts and regulatory compliance. Represent clients in complex business transactions, such as asset and stock sales. Lead negotiations and draft various contracts, including operating and management agreements. Support clients in real estate transactions, including lease negotiations. Provide strategic input on succession planning and long-term business goals. Supervise associate attorneys and foster a positive team culture. Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the firm's reputation. Requirements J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Nevada. 7+ years of experience in business or corporate law. Ability to manage sophisticated matters independently. Strong writing, drafting, and negotiation skills. Experience supervising or mentoring attorneys. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in Nevada.
