Senior Plaintiff PI Attorney | First Chair Trials | Hybrid

Position: Personal Injury Attorney_Plaintiff Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid) Type: Full-Time Responsibility Manage personal injury cases throughout the full litigation lifecycle from filing through resolution Conduct case investigations to determine liability and damages Draft and file litigation documents including discovery, law and motion, and MSJ oppositions Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Maintain strong client communication and provide exceptional client service Serve as first chair in civil jury trials Requirements Active bar license in good standing 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience First chair trial experience required Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, litigation procedures, and civil practice Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills Proven track record managing cases and achieving successful outcomes Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff #J-18808-Ljbffr IT Resource Hunter
