Note: Must have an active Bar license in California and/or Nevada, 6+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience, and the ability to independently manage personal injury litigation matters. First-chair civil jury trial experience is strongly preferred. Job Description Manage plaintiff personal injury cases through all stages of litigation. Perform in-depth analysis of liability, damages, evidence, and case strategy. Draft, review, and file discovery, motions, oppositions, and other critical litigation documents. Draft and argue substantive motions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment. Negotiate effectively with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Maintain consistent communication with clients and provide clear case updates. Serve as first chair in civil jury trials and lead courtroom strategy. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and litigation documents. Develop and execute litigation strategy independently while collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff. Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities while maintaining excellent client service and professional standards. Qualifications Active Bar license in California and/or Nevada and in good standing. 6+ years of directly relevant plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and civil litigation procedures. Demonstrated experience independently managing personal injury cases. First-chair civil jury trial experience preferred. Strong legal research, writing, analytical, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills. Proven ability to develop case strategy and advocate effectively for clients. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively while working with a high degree of independence. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
