Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Scion Legal Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Litigation Attorney on behalf of a well-established and growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada . This onsite opportunity is ideal for a motivated litigator seeking meaningful trial work, mentorship, and long-term career growth within a collaborative, client-focused practice.



Position Overview
The Litigation Attorney will manage plaintiff personal injury matters from filing through resolution while collaborating closely with experienced attorneys on case strategy. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, significant client interaction, and the opportunity to work on complex and high-value cases.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution.
• Conduct case investigations to establish liability and evaluate damages.
• Draft, file, and argue pleadings, discovery motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare and oppose dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with attorneys and legal staff.
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Handle discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Advocate on behalf of clients through all stages of litigation.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and in good standing in Nevada.
• 7+ years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Demonstrated trial experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures and applicable state laws.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
