Lead Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Bartender to support daily bar operations and help guide the bar team during service and events. The ideal candidate is one who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences while helping maintain strong team standards. This position is year-round.Key Responsibilities Include:Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations behind the barOrder and manage bar inventory with guidance from the Food & Beverage DirectorTrain bartenders and bar staff on policies, procedures, and service standards established by leadershipMaintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar workspaceEnsure bar supplies, garnishes, and products are properly stocked and organized for serviceLead and support the Front-of-House team during events such as weddings, private parties, and other functionsProvide hands-on bartending service during regular operations and private eventsMinimum 3 years of bartending experience, including experience in private event or banquet settingsStrong knowledge of customer service and bar operationsTIPS certification required (or willingness to obtain certification upon hire)Ability to work in a high-energy environment while maintaining professionalismMust be at least 18 years of ageAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsMust be available nights and weekends; schedules are based on events and operational needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Mt Southington Restaurant & Lounge Inc
