Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.Job DescriptionLaboratory:Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeuticsRun instrumentation independently including, but not limited to RP-UPLC, RP-HPLC, and UV spectroscopyPreparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervisionPrepare standards and samples for analysisPerform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activitiesKnowledge of cGMP and LIMSLeadership:Support scientists with their experiments based on company protocol, method, and proceduresFollow GLP/GMP and good documentation using electronic lab notebookHelp with organizing and cleaning of lab and work environmentFollow documentation and safety practicesEnsure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operationsLead team, schedule, and train employees in client environmentEnsure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operationsEnsure coverage and performancePerforms administrative tasks related to team member growth and developmentAdeptly balance technical lab work with leadership responsibilitiesFoster morale and teamworkQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience2-6 years of bioanalytical testing experienceUnderstanding of industry practices and standards is requiredPreferred:iCECEX and similar separation methodsCompendial AssaysLaboratory supervisory experienceAdditional InformationThe position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed.
