Copy of Receptionist

Description Local Title Company in search of a dynamic team member to join our group of professional escrow officers and their assistants as a receptionist. In this roll you will be tasked with being the main point of contact for any visitors that call or come in to the office each day, enter orders as they come in and support the other staff as necessary. Requirements Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar roll Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Hands on experience with office equipment (e.g. Fax machine, copier, and printers) Professional attitude and appearance, solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arrive Excellent organizational skills Accurate with names, numbers and details Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize Customer service attitude High school degree. Previous banking, law or real estate history would be helpful. Bilingual English/Spanish and a Texas Notary commission also helpful but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Title Resources
