Direct Care Supervisor

Cherry Health is seeking a Residential Shift Supervisor to oversee the RCCs on the 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 4pm–12am) at our Grand Rapids facility. You will supervise staff, manage timecards, and ensure daily operations and resident safety align with policy and licensing standards. Join a mission-driven team in Michigan’s largest FQHC, providing comprehensive care and reentry services. Must have a Bachelor’s degree and CPR certification, with strong leadership and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
