Job Title: Senior Client Services Representative, Concierge Team - Advisor Support


A growing SEC-registered RIA and TAMP platform is hiring a dedicated Senior Client Services Representative to join its Concierge / Advisor Support Team. In this role, you'll deliver high-touch operational and client service excellence to financial advisors and their clients.


This is a dynamic blend of client service and operations, where you'll partner closely with internal teams, a nationwide network of financial advisors, and their staff to ensure seamless support and outstanding experiences. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to advisor and custodian requests via phone, digital app, and email
• Process account applications, transfers, updates, cash distributions, and resolve NIGO alerts efficiently
• Provide concierge-level operational support that enables high-growth advisors to focus on client relationships and practice expansion
• Collaborate with service, technical, and operational teammates in a highly interactive, team-oriented setting

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, ideally at a registered investment advisor, custodian, or broker-dealer
• Professional phone presence and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client/advisor care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency with custodian platforms and industry technology
• Experience with major custodians or broker-dealers (LPL, Morgan Stanley, Edward Jones, Schwab, Fidelity, Raymond James, Merrill Lynch, Vanguard, JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, or Pershing) is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Orion is highly desirable

Location: Remote (Western US preferred; Phoenix, AZ area a plus for occasional collaboration). No securities licenses or college degree required.
