Prep Cook

We’re looking for a  strong, team-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen.

This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and understands that prep is the foundation of great service. We are a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen, We need someone who can keep up while maintaining consistency and quality.

• Team-oriented and communicative

• Works with a strong sense of urgency

• Takes ownership of your station and prep lists

• Organized, clean, and detail-focused

• Able to handle both high-volume and high-standard prep

• Understands consistency matters as much as speed

Experience We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a professional kitchen

• Experience in high-volume service preferred

• Fine dining or high-end kitchen experience is a plus

• Knife skills and foundational technique are a must

• Comfortable receiving feedback and executing at a high level

What the Role Requires:

• Executing prep lists thoroughly and on time

• Maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout shifts

• Supporting service handoff cleanly and efficiently

• Communicating low pars and potential issues proactively

• Helping uphold standards across the kitchen
