Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across major platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram Leverage SEO and SEM techniques to maximize website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates Conduct A/B testing and detailed performance analysis to refine targeting and improve ROI Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively, delivering transparent reporting and actionable insights Design and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies tailored to specific client segments Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Strong knowledge of major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and related analytics tools Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for measurable business results Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills and Experiences Hands-on experience with advanced analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Mixpanel Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools and techniques, including heatmaps and session recordings Proficiency in A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) Experience managing campaigns in professional services or B2B environments Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM integration for lead tracking Understanding of data visualization tools to report campaign performance effectively What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
