Performance Marketer / Senior Performance Marketer Paid Acquisition | Growth Marketing | RTB Location: Fully Remote Contract: Full-time | B2B Preferred Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience The Opportunity My client, an international AI tech business operating in the digital entertainment and subscription space, are looking for a hands‑on Senior Performance Marketer. The Senior Performance Marketer shall take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns, optimise performance and help scale customer growth across adult real‑time bidding (RTB) platforms and mainstream social platforms. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment and enjoys being directly responsible for campaign execution, testing and results. You'll work with substantial media budgets, optimise funnels and test creative at speed, with the freedom to trial new platforms, creative approaches and growth opportunities.

The business operates within the adult/NSFW (not safe for work) sector, and the role involves working with explicit, uncensored adult content. Applicants must be entirely comfortable working within adult creative and advertising environments. The role is best suited to individuals with experience in adult, gaming, health tech, sexual wellness and closely related industries. Knowledge of marketing challenges and experience navigating these specific constraints is essential for success in this role. The Role Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across RTB, native and mainstream advertising platforms. Manage significant monthly advertising budgets, optimising CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV. Take responsibility for campaign setup, targeting, tracking, creative testing and ongoing optimisation. Develop and optimise acquisition funnels, landing pages and conversion performance. Analyse campaign data, identify growth opportunities and make commercially driven decisions. Collaborate with creative and product teams to develop high‑performing advertising content. Test new acquisition channels, audiences, formats and strategies to drive sustainable growth. Build relationships with advertising networks and traffic partners to maximise performance. Continuously improve campaign efficiency through testing, automation and reporting. What We’re Looking For 5+ years' experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, user acquisition or media buying. Proven experience managing and scaling substantial paid media budgets, ideally $300k-$1m+ per month. Strong hands‑on experience across RTB, native advertising or mainstream platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google. Experience working in adult, dating, gaming, iGaming, sexual wellness, health tech or other sectors with advertising restrictions would be particularly relevant. A strong understanding of advertising compliance, platform restrictions and alternative acquisition strategies. Commercial understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, attribution and conversion optimisation. Experience with tracking, analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Voluum or similar. Ability to develop creative testing strategies and improve landing page and funnel performance. A proactive, analytical and results‑driven approach, with the confidence to own campaigns from execution through to optimisation. Particularly Interesting Backgrounds I’d be keen to speak with performance marketers who have successfully acquired customers in competitive or advertising‑restricted markets, particularly those familiar with: Adult advertising networks and RTB platforms such as ExoClick, TrafficJunky or TrafficStars. Subscription‑based consumer products, dating platforms, gaming or iGaming. Scaling paid acquisition where conventional advertising channels are limited or heavily regulated. High‑volume creative testing, conversion optimisation and performance‑led growth. Previous experience within the adult industry is advantageous but not essential.
