Location: Needham, Massachusetts
Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site with regional travel as needed
We’re partnering with a well-established, privately held commercial real estate ownership and operating platform to identify an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a high-performing portfolio of industrial and logistics assets throughout the Northeast.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing industrial, warehouse, flex, or logistics properties, along with a strong financial foundation and a hands-on leadership style.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Portfolio Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a multi-property industrial portfolio
- Ensure assets are maintained to institutional ownership standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and operational reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and asset value
- Partner with ownership and asset management to execute portfolio strategies
Financial Oversight
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and reforecasts
- Review monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and accruals
- Oversee CAM reconciliations, expense recoveries, and operating expense controls
- Monitor receivables, collections, and vendor payments
- Approve contracts, purchase orders, and capital expenditures
Tenant & Lease Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key tenant relationships
- Manage lease administration, renewals, expansions, move-ins, and move-outs
- Coordinate tenant improvement projects and occupancy transitions
- Resolve escalated tenant issues with professionalism and urgency
- Partner closely with leasing teams on retention and occupancy initiatives
Capital Projects & Building Operations
- Oversee capital improvement projects including roofing, paving, HVAC, dock equipment, and infrastructure upgrades
- Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Support due diligence and transition activities for acquisitions and dispositions
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, insurance, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain emergency response protocols and risk mitigation programs
- Oversee vendor compliance, contract administration, and certificate tracking
Team Leadership
- Mentor and develop junior property management staff
- Create accountability, operational consistency, and best-in-class service standards
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of commercial property management experience
- Significant experience managing industrial, warehouse, logistics, or flex assets
- Experience overseeing multi-property and/or regional portfolios
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, CAM reconciliations, and variance reporting
- Solid understanding of commercial leases and tenant relations
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- CPM, RPA, or similar industry designation is a plus
