What You'll Do

• Attend vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, assisting with newborn transition
• Admit neonates to NICU and NOU, discharge newborns, and coordinate care with the care team
• Assist with procedures such as IV placements, labs, chest tubes, PICC and UAC/UVC placements
• Manage ventilators, central lines, and administer medications
• Educate and update families, including breastfeeding support
• Perform specialized procedures like intubations, x-rays, ultrasounds, echocardiograms, and blood transfusions
• Float to NOU with up to 1:4-6 ratio; handle night shift responsibilities efficiently

What You Need

• Active nursing license (RN) in State
• BLS & NRP certifications
• 3+ years NICU experience, management of ventilators, central lines, IV placements
• Epic EMR system experience

• Experience with neonate procedures such as PICC, UAC/UVC placements
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
