Payroll Processor

If so, then we want to meet you! Rock Valley Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time detail-oriented Payroll Processor to manage our company's payroll functions. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely compensation delivery to all employees. Your primary focus will be calculating wages, processing deductions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring strict compliance with tax and labor laws. Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll and verify timecards Maintain payroll records and employee updates Process deductions, garnishments, and pay changes Respond to employee payroll questions Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end W-2 and 1099 processing Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies Qualifications 2+ years of payroll processing experience Experience with ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks, Workday, or similar payroll software Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills Knowledge of payroll regulations and FLSA guidelines High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred If you are a self-directed, motivated, and organized person, please consider applying to become part of our team! #J-18808-Ljbffr Rock Valley Physical Therapy
