ResponsibilitiesWhat Is the Protg Program?
- The Protg Program is a hands-on development and mentorship experience where youll:
- Learn how to run and grow a profitable insurance agency
- Develop sales, leadership, and business management skills
- Build industry knowledge with real-world experience
- Receive guidance and coaching from an established Farmers Agent
Upon reaching your production goals to graduate and successfully complete the program, youll be positioned to open your own Farmers Insurance agency with ongoing corporate and district support. Many new agency owners earn $200,000+ in combined commissions and bonuses in their first year.
RequirementsWhat Sets You Up For Success
- Active insurance license or willing to obtain
- Sales experience with a proven track record
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn more
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and coachable
