Position: Finance Analyst 3 - ContingentLocation: Tempe, ArizonaDuration: ContractJob ID: 179713Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Finance and contribute to large-scale planning related to Finance deliverables. You will review and analyze moderately complex Finance challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Finance deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with client personnel in Finance will also be a key aspect of this role.Responsibilities:Consult on or participate in moderately complex Finance initiatives and deliverables.Review and analyze Finance challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables.Leverage a solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with client personnel in Finance to achieve objectives.Qualifications:4+ years of Finance experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and modeling.Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on financial, operational, or business insights.Exposure to pricing, financial analysis, revenue analysis, or profitability assessment.Basic understanding of merchant pricing concepts, including interchange, assessments, processing fees, and related cost structures.Experience working with pricing, reporting, or business intelligence tools.Desired Qualifications:Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Relationship Management, Product, Operations, and Risk teams.Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Understanding of payment network regulations and industry practices.Advanced Excel skills (preferred).Previous experience in merchant services pricing and strategy roles.Comfortable handling calls with both internal and external customers.About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
