Network Administrator
• Must have experience in Network Design, Implementation and support, Implementation Plan, migration plan, testing plan for the new projects, validating the existing design and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Expertise knowledge in Cisco Products: Cisco Catalyst Switches 6500/4500, Nexus 7K/5K/2K, Cisco ACI (configure Cisco ACI fabrics, including spine-leaf architecture, endpoint groups (EPGs), contracts, and bridge domains), configure Cisco VXLAN solutions, including spine-leaf architecture, EVPN control plane and Cisco Wireless Controllers, Cisco Access Points.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco ISE-related issues, including authentication, authorization, and posture compliance problems and optimize Cisco ISE policies.
• Implement and configure Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including physical and virtual, and implement firewall policies and rules based on security best practices, health using Palo Alto Networks Panorama, manage VPNs GPCS, IPsec and S2S for secure remote access.
• Manage and configure Prisma SDWAN, implement network policies, including traffic steering, QoS, and security.
• Implement F5 BIG-IP LTM/GTM solutions to meet application and business requirements and maintain F5 BIG-IP security policies, including Web Application Firewall (WAF), optimize application performance by fine-tuning F5 BIG-IP configurations and iRules.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing major network issues (Priority Medium to Critical).
• Work collaboratively with Customer and TCS internal towers to identify and fix complex issues.
• Participate in MIM (Major Incident Management) calls and provide solution update on a timely manner.
• Provide appropriate guidance to L1/L2 team.
• Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any technology assistance.
• Update training and support documentation.
