Student Affairs Officer I

Job Summary The University of Kentucky is seeking a Student Affairs Officer I to join our team and support students through engagement, advising, and program coordination. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the student experience by providing guidance, resources, and support that help students thrive academically, socially, and personally. You’ll work directly with students and campus partners to deliver programs, services, and initiatives that foster student development, promote engagement, and support retention and success across the university. Physical Requirements Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time; performing repetitive motion tasks; effectively communicating with individuals from a broad range of backgrounds and varied professional levels. Shift Typically days; 8:00 am -4:30 pm (37.5 hours a week) Skills / Knowledge / Abilities MS Office, excellent communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills. Highly organized, able to prioritize, and a self-starter.
