Requirements:
- Current Respiratory Therapy license
- Relevant certifications
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer respiratory therapies and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and response to therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and families about respiratory health and therapies.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately.
Compliance / Notes:
Attendance at department quarterly education sessions is required.
