A medical supply company is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for their ongoing operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for shipping to Montana. This unique role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a growing company needing expert oversight in pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include managing appropriate documentation, recordkeeping, and labeling for legend products shipped to patients in Montana. The PIC will verify patient identification and product distribution dates, ensuring all regulatory guidelines are adhered to. This position does not require a Montana pharmacist license but does require an active pharmacist license from any U.S. state. The pharmacist will typically have a business arrangement with the company and is not required to be full-time or employed directly by the company.
